One minute of vibration-guided breathing to calm your racing heart
Before exams, presentations, or big moments, when your heart races and palms sweat—
don't just power through. Follow the vibration rhythm for one minute: inhale 4s, hold 7s, exhale 8s. After 4 rounds, find your calm and step up. A purely local tool—no internet, no data collection.
Open and start
No logins, no assessments, no daily check-ins. Open the app, and it defaults to the 4-7-8 breathing method. Tap the big button, and the rhythm starts instantly. In moments of stress, the last thing you need is extra steps.

4-7-8 Breathing Method
Dr. Andrew Weil's classic relaxation rhythm, perfectly calibrated in the app. The circle expands and contracts with the rhythm, while large countdown numbers appear in its center—inhale as the circle swells, exhale as it gently falls. Let your eyes follow the circle, and your body will naturally sync.

Vibration-Guided Practice
Inhale = short pulses, hold = one long pulse, exhale = double short pulses. Three vibration patterns match the three phases, so you can keep up without looking at the screen. In exam halls, meetings, or before taking the stage, just rest your hand on a surface and let the vibrations guide you.
7-Second Hold
The most daunting part of 4-7-8 is holding for 7 seconds—counting yourself always feels too fast. The app counts for you with large numbers, keeping the circle fully visible during the orange phase. You'll know exactly how long 7 seconds is, so you won't give up early.

Box Breathing
The 4-4-4-4 Box Breathing method, same as used by Navy SEALs—use it to steady yourself before presentations, interviews, or competitions. A square frame traces each side; complete four sides for one round. The teal interface is instantly distinguishable from the blue-purple theme of 4-7-8.

Centered Breathing

Two Modes
「Feeling stressed and need to relax → Choose 4-7-8」「Nervous before a presentation and need calm focus → Choose Box Breathing」—the main screen gives scenario-based guidance, no need to search for instructions. Both are expert presets, so there's no risk of adjusting settings wrong. An emergency tool shouldn't have complicated options.
Clear Rounds
After one inhale-hold-exhale cycle, it automatically moves to the next. 4 rounds take about 76 seconds—perfect for that one minute before you step up. Round indicators show 'Round 2 / 4' in small text, so you don't have to count yourself.

Done and Dusted
After 4 rounds, the app stops to show you this message—no check-ins, no asking how you feel, no course recommendations. Tap 'Do Another Round' if you want, or close the app. Use it and go, leaving no trace of anxiety.

Vibration Optional
One-tap to disable vibration in settings, leaving only the circle animation and countdown. Practice quietly in silent settings.
